1. Food Additive Declaration Service

2. Documents Required for Food Additive Declaration

2.1. For single and mixed additives with functions listed in Circular 24 and permitted for use according to Circular 24: Circular on the management and use of food additives:

Product label (or photo of product packaging)
Product sample for testing (approximately 300-500g)
Product details (Data sheet or Specification of product)
Business license of the importing company

2.2. For additives not in the list of permitted additives, mixed additives with new functions:

Product label (or photo of product packaging)
Product sample for testing (approximately 300-500g)

Certificate of food safety and hygiene - mixing of food additives (for domestic production)
Certificate of Free Sale or Certificate of Health legalized by the Vietnamese Consulate (for imported additives)
